Director: Jessica
Transforming the face of preschool education, one pioneer at time! Jessica has distilled years of experience and a degree in Psychology into Preschool Pioneers, a beacon of hope for parents seeking a nurturing environment paired with old-school ethics for their little ones, Jessica Prides herself on her expertise in Developmental & Special Education offering a holistic approach to early childhood education.
Her Partnership with the American Red Cross is a testament to our commitment to safety and well-being offering Red Cross classes to families and the community.
Military families, families navigating special education and multicultural families- Jessica embraces and welcomes them all! Join mission to empower the next generation of Trailblazers!
Lead Teacher: Jennifer
Ms. Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in early childhood education, having worked with children from infancy through kindergarten. Her enthusiasm, creativity, and passion for teaching help create a warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom where children feel supported and excited to learn.
Jennifer is dedicated to continuous professional growth and is currently working toward earning her Child Care Director's License. She is committed to expanding her leadership skills while continuing to provide high-quality care and education for young children. Jennifer enjoys building strong relationships with families and fostering a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Teacher: Chris
Ms. Chris joins our team with valuable teaching experience and the unique perspective of being a mother, bringing both professional knowledge and heartfelt understanding to the classroom. She is passionate about creating a nurturing, supportive environment where children feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn and grow each day.
As both an educator and a parent, Ms. Chris understands the importance of building strong relationships with children and their families while fostering confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. We are excited to welcome her to our Preschool Pioneers family and look forward to watching her grow as an educator while continuing to expand her teaching toolbox. We are confident that her warmth, dedication, and enthusiasm will make a positive impact on our children and school community.
Teacher Assistant: Karen
Ms. Karen has grown within the Preschool Pioneers community into a caring and dedicated preschool assistant who brings kindness, patience, and warmth to the classroom each day. She is passionate about supporting children's growth and development, creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and confident to learn.
Karen enjoys working alongside the teaching team to provide engaging learning experiences and build meaningful relationships with children and their families. She feels honored to be part of each child's early learning journey and is committed to helping them thrive both academically and socially.

Friendship Ambassador: Luna 🐾
Luna is our four-legged staff favorite and serves as the unofficial Friendship Ambassador. Her specialties include greeting visitors with a wagging tail, accepting belly rubs, and making sure everyone remembers to smile. While she doesn't teach the ABCs, she's an expert in kindness, friendship, and brightening everyone's day. When she's off duty, you'll find her napping in the sunshine or patiently waiting for treats.
